Villa Garden is an amazing property, everything is sparkling clean, and the apartments are excellent. Brilliant sea views from the balconies. A great location, but it is the warmth of the welcome we received from Fatima that makes this property a stand out stay. The owners are also very attentive and are always on hand, and offered us a free drink on our last day. There is a lovely swimming pool also. The amenities in the apartment are excellent, and there are lovely luxurious toiletries supplied too.

What a wonderful place! Waking up to that view was incredibly special. The bed is comfy, the air conditioning is great on hot days and the kitchen was really convenient. There are two small grocery markets within very short walking distance, as well as three restaurants. The shuttle bus into Budva is regular and cheap - the bus stop is just down the road. I loved it and would be happy to come back any time! Dada is an exceptional host, the entire family are lovely people.

We - a family of four - had a wonderful stay in this small Bungalow park. The setting is lovely, the view amazing, the pools were refreshingly cool, the host was very friendly and the bungalow was very comfortable and cosy. It is truly a perfect place to stay for a week or longer. Also because of the wonderful beaches and restaurants nearby. We just loved it!

The great location is what drew us to book this accommodation. We were greeted by a friendly host who handed us the keys and showed us a nice apartment that looks even better than in the pictures. The swimming pool was a nice bonus. Our towels were changed daily. There is also a parking lot available. Nearby there is a restaurant and a shop, as well as one of the most beautiful beaches we have been to.

Great stay. Comfortable apartment with a stunning balcony and view. Host family were really lovely people. Beach maybe 5 mins walk down, 10 mins up. Bars, restaurants, market all very close by without having to go down to the beach. Buses less than 5 mins walk. So glad that we stayed in Sveti Stefan rather than Budva. Just be aware that the Sveti Stefan Island is closed; you can walk out to it, but you can't get in - did not spoil our stay at all though.

Amazing place, just near the best beaches and kings park of Montenegro. The overwhelming hospitality of Tia makes us feel just like at home. This is the first place where yoga mat and meditation corner was prepared for me)) The apartment is so cosy, clean and nice, we find everything necessary in the apartment, food, drinks, cosmetics and cleaning stuff. We will come back only to this place 🫶🏻

Super comfortable and exceptionally clean place. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — really friendly and responsive. After traveling from Kotor on the bus, the host met us at the Tourist Information office and took us up to the apartment in his car. He then came back with some detergent for the washing machine. The apartment was great and had everything you could need, including a large balcony. Head down to the waterfront and the coastline to the left heading towards Sveti Stefan is lovely. Would recomend Caffe Caffe in Sveti Stefan for an evening meal - Its 15 minutes walk through the woods.

    We (group of 3) spent two nights in the 3-bedroom-apartment while touring with a rental car. Big advantage is the off-street parking lot as there is limited free parking on the street. The apartment is overall well equipped and communication with the host is quick. We loved to sit on the terrace and enjoiying the wonderfull view. The apartment has direct access to the beach. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Highly recommended.

    Our hosts were really really kind and we sincerely appreciated the short time spent together as it enabled us to discuss with locals. The apartment is comfortable, very clean, and we appreciated as well the parking space. For our short stay it was perfect. We would like to thank again the whole nice family for their hospitality :)

    The hosts were simply amazing. When we arrived, we were welcomed with bottle of local red wine. The view from the balcony is simply amazing. We liked the furniture and the cleanliness of the studio. Also the pool that offers a fast dip in, before or after going to the beach. Everything is nearby. But mostly we liked the quietness and the peace! We recommend apartments Leut!
