The place was super clean! Very beautiful place, very modern design. Very, very attentive staff, the service was exceptional! The location was also fantastic. I could walk everywhere to all the major attractions. And there was a convenience store just 3 mins away as well as lots of nice restaurants. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Venice.

We stayed two nights in the Cipresso apartment and one night in the Aloro. Both were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch—especially handy as supermarkets aren’t the easiest to find nearby. The central location was perfect, with most major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping just a 10–15 minute walk away. The concierge service was outstanding—attentive, helpful, and truly charming. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting
