Apartments in Conselice

The kitchen facilities were everything you would hope for to cook. Nice fridge, microwave, coffee machine and all plates, glasses etc. that you need. Cinzia asked every 3 days if we needed towels changed which was a plus! The new forced air heaters are a necessity on the Padana during Autumn . Bring your cooking basic ingredients as you are 20 minutes from a decent sized store. Nice location in the middle of apple orchards and vineyards , lots of owls, chickens etc. Very quiet at night! Thank you to Cinzia for making our stay a lovely one!!

Let's solve biggest mystery first - where EXACTLY is Selice 42 Residence? If you try any navigation you will find out that Imola has 3 streets with the same name Selice, one you are looking for is "strada provinciale 610 Selice". Second problem - Google Maps is pointing to the WRONG building (as of today, 19.09.2025.), there lives very polite gentleman (and his address is exactly Selice 42???) but it has nothing to do with Selice 42 Residence. Google is pointing to the building next to the Riro restaurant and in fact Residence is exactly across the road. If you see Peugeot and Volvo dealership - that's it, you need to pass to the left of Peugeot and that's it - there is also BIG sign Selice 42 Residence but I was looking at the wrong side of street, silly me, taught Goggle war right. But look at the Street view and you will see construction site next to the Peugeot what is today Residence. So mystery solved - how was our stay? Incredible in one word. Really. I can recommend it to anyone without hesitation. I hate booking premises without independent review but my trip was on the short notice, there was an event at Imola circuit and options were very few so I decided to go. It's brand new premise, very clean, very well equipped (kitchen is equipped for 4 people even on apartments for two), big bathroom with walk in shower, everything clean and spotless. Owner was very polite and helpful, check in is fast and there are no keys but access code for the apartment. There is also Reception but we arrived late and found no problem coming in. At the premise is also parking, REAL parking and real PRIVETE parking so there is no wory you will have to part in some bac alley or similar. Very close to the premise are several restaurants (walking distance, one exactly across the road (Riro) and one maybe 100 m to the city centre (Old Wild West). 3-5 minutes with the car you will find Lidl, Aldi, Carefour, Spar ....

I was so fortunate to find this property!! Recently renovated, it was so perfect. I would come back here and I would recommend it to my friends. I have already talked to my travel agent about it and have suggested she tell her clients about it. We could have chosen self check-in but I always like to meet my hostess so she met us at the property. There is a washing machine in the apartment so I did a load of laundry. It was very close to the train station so even though we were driving, we parked our vehicle at the train station and hopped on the train. It's a perfect location. I loved this place..!
