everything was perfect, we got a message before we arrived with the check in instructions and every detail we needed about the beds, parking area etc. it is in a quiet place and near the milano center (12km by car) the kitchen was well equipped, there was also an extra bed that could be pulled out and a nice balcony

Loved the location, it's perfect if you're going to a concert at the Unipol Forum. But also perfect for trips to Milan, avoiding the ZTL since the metro is just a 10min walk away. The apartment is really great, spacious, the two bedrooms are big and there's also two bathrooms which is really great. Parking is also available for free, but if you arrive at night time there's a high chance you won't find a space.

Very clean and comfortable. All of the furniture is new and nicely arranged. Bathroom products are of a very good quality. The dining room is well equiped for all your needs, with some aditional things - such as water station and coffee machine. It's situated in a very quiet area, a short walk away from the bus station. As a solo traveler, I felt save and wellcome, without any disturbance.

Pedro was exceptional in every respect. Nothing was a problem. We had a little problem in locating the front door but he answered the phone promptly and met us downstairs. Also because we don’t speak Italian he ordered taxi for us and kept in contact constantly. He was also generous with his gifts of wine, etc.

I super love their staff. The hosts Paulene and Suzana were excellent. They were nice, friendly, warm and welcoming. As we got in early they allowed us to store our luggage with them and they brought our bags up to the room when it was ready. The room was excellent. I love that the windows when opened can hear people chatting outside or singers just singing beautiful songs. Bed and pillows were comfy. Clean. Bathroom clean too and large. Tub was a nice touch. Overall will come back and better yet will share with the office and with my friends and family.

Giorgio was flexible and allowed us to check in before noon. Very appreciative. The apartment is brand new ! Thoughtful facilities, great shower, very good for space. Location is great, 10 min walk from Centrale FS, or use the tram or Metro. About 20 min from the Duomo. Will definitely stay again.

Cristina was an excellent host. The staff were very professional and helpful. Check in process was very straightforward, and the city tax was paid upfront as expected. Some negative reviews complained about this, but it was communicated up front, and as with all Italian cities there is a tourist tax. As some people leave early and do not pay their taxes like they should, it makes sense for the owner to ask for the money at check-in. We did not have a problem with this. Cristina provided some local restaurant and Co-op links via Whatsapp which were incredibly useful – the Express is only a block away and well-priced to stock up on a few things like bread and milk. The refrigerator with a freezer unit was amazing and kept everything really cold. The room was exactly as shown, quite spacious and walls with cheeky Mona Lisa pictures. Some reviews found them a bit worrisome but we thought they were playful! Dual air-conditioners helped us keep cool/warm as required. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to. The bed was very comfortable and Cristina ensured additional pillows were provided when we requested them. There were plenty of power points including one either side of the bed (another reviewer said there were none but we found them!) - and also plenty in the sitting room as well. Shower was great and the daily replacement of towels was greatly appreciated. Local transport via Tram and Metro was within a 3-5 minute walk and with a 3-day ticket very affordable and an easy way to get around the city. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again should we be lucky enough to return to Milan.
