Very clean and beautiful room. Had all amenities, even a toothbrush and toothpaste. Easy check in and check out and safe. It really did exceed our expectations. Located relatively close to the Old City Center, the appartment was perfect for our stay. The owner is one of the most responsive ones I have ever encountered in my travels and super kind. Very helpful and fast in his responses. I would reccomend this accomodation a thousand times.

Our family stayed at Shiny Avlabari Apartment for one week in August 2025. Everything was perfect: two spacious air-conditioned rooms with separate bathrooms, a wonderful terrace, a kitchen with all necessary dishes for s short stay, a washing machine. Everything is working, clean and tidy. The area is quiet and very close to the old city-center. There is a 24 hrs shop in 1 min walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day again!

We arrived at this apartment very late due to the flight delayed. The reception was finished by the cleaner. But There are some difficulties in conversation by english. The apartment is big with three bedrooms and one bathroom. The facilities are well equipped Including Washmachine but there are no laundry dries. And we can see the moutain When we open the curtain. It's very close to the metro station 300aragveli It's a great apartment for family traveling.
