We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and the location was ideal for a relaxing family holiday. We truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. I loved everything about our stay. The hosts, Sabine and Michael are welcoming, warm, helpful, interesting and funny people. They made everything themselves, put a lot of effort and consideration into the place, maintain it nice and clean, and you can see this all around you. We stayed in winter and it was nice and warm. There's everything we needed to prepare our own meals. I had the best sleep. The whole apartment is very big, so are the bedrooms. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful. I liked that so many places are close by, 15 to 30 minutes by car, so we visited many villages and towns in two days. There's plenty of parking around the house.

The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).
