Good location. 5 minutes driving to Gerlitzen ski resort and about an hour to all major resorts like Flachau, Obertauern. Really kind hostess willing to take care of everything you need. Extremely clean apartment, each room has its own bathroom. Spacious and comfortable rooms. We booked apartment for 6 person and everyone had privacy, there are max 3 beds per room.

The apartment house is very well positioned close to the ski lift. There is private parking for the guests. A thermal bath and restaurants are also close by. The apartment is well equipped and the house is newly furnished. The location is close to the center but still very quiet, there is no traffic noise. We spent a week at Nockberge Lodge. Everything was excellent. The apartment was perfectly clean, with all kitchen utensils and appliances you may need during the stay. Location is great and the hosts were welcoming. We are definitely coming again ❤️

Very friendly owners and overall comfortable stay. Close to the slopes if you want to ski in BKK (5-7 minutes walk in ski boots), bus stop (for skiing in St.Oswald) is also reachable in ski boots. The bed and linens were comfortable, nice view from the balcony. Recommended!

A very clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment with - I believe - really everything you might need included. Quick and easy key handover process. Lightning-fast response from the hosts to our inquiries. Gorgeous view from the balcony. One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. And I can imagine that during the winter ski season, this place becomes simply unbeatable!

    Lovely apartment, clean modern, lots of space, very well equiped, kind hostes, great recommendations for restaurants, we were given Erlebnis card and with it we could enter some attractions for free which is a big bonus, good location if you like to go ti a different ski area every day.

    The apartment was fairly sized for four people. Two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen was enough to make us feel comfortable. There was a balcony with two comfortable seats outside

    The hosts are wonderful. Easy and quick check in and out procedures. Facilities are clean, warm and recently renovated. Apartments are well equiped like being "at home" with everything you might need. Location is easy accessible, next to the main road with private and welll maintained parking. It's a calm place close to multiple ski resorts you can visit during the stay. Bakery and Billa market are in the proximity.

    Beds are extremely comfy! The whole apartment is renovated recently so everything is new and nice. A lot of amenities and welcome gifts included (coffee, tea, beer, fruit...). Very nice hosts.

    beautiful apartment with everything you need. the kitchen is super equipped. upstairs there is a common room with a washing machine for free use. there is a garage for skis. the host is very kind and responds to all messages very quickly. we will definitely be back!
