After being scammed several times by other hoteliers in Hanoi, I finally found the perfect place. Beautiful and clean apartment with a luxurious balcony, very quiet at night (very important for Hanoi), luxurious comfortable bed and pillows. The area is especially worth mentioning - close to the old quarter, but in a unique place where you can feel like a real Hanoi resident for a few days. Lots of exquisite coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

ハノイにあるiRest Orange Tay Ho Lakeside Apartmentはタイ湖から1km以内、クアンタン寺から徒歩17分以内で、シーティングエリア付きのユニットを提供しています。無料WiFi、敷地内の専用駐車場を提供しています。... 写真の通り綺麗でおしゃれな室内でした。清潔なタオルも2セット用意してありました。 年越しに宿泊しましたが、近隣の大きなホテルのDJパーティーの様子がバルコニーから見えたり花火が見えたりと楽しかったです。 その時期だったので夜遅くまで賑やかでしたが通常時はおそらく夜は静かなのでは。 洗濯機・電子レンジ・ケトル・冷蔵庫も清潔で、エアコンも2台設置されていました。テレビではYouTubeやAmazonプライムが見れます。バスタブはありません。ドライヤーはあります。 ベットも広く清潔で、朝窓からの光と風を感じながらゴロゴロする時間が本当に最高でした。

The staff were very helpful! Hanna is great! Our room was clean and comfortable! Each unit has a washing machine on the balcony, which is wonderful! Enough basic dishes and cookware to make your own meals. We bought an inexpensive dish drainer, a few more cooking utensils, and a couple of extra dish towels as we stayed for 10 weeks. Close to Lotte Mall with a large supermarket in the basement. Also, a small WinnMart down the alley--a few steps out the door. Try Jewel Diner down the road. Several bus stops nearby. The city busses are an inexpensive way to get around. We found that Google Map was usually very accurate in routes and times, often better than the Hanoi Bus app. We are headed back to Hanoi for another month and will stay at Joy Apartment Tay Ho again!

Our host Le was so helpful and lovely - she helped us with anything we needed from booking tours to providing support when our credit card stopped working. We really appreciated the exceptional service.
