There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel features family rooms. We booked this stay only a few days in advance, and got a great price. It was by far the largest 'room' we stayed in during our entire trip, with basically a studio apartment plus a bedroom down the hall. The facilities were very nice, with pictures on the wall next to all the control systems showing the english instructions for how to operate them. BIG bath room with a very nice digitally controlled bath. If I had known how nice this place was, I would have stayed here several nights instead of just the one night before our flight out.

The front desk team was exceptional—always helpful, friendly, and welcoming every time we came and went. The hotel was impeccably clean; the room felt brand new, which is a rare and pleasant surprise for a hotel. The location was unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the Mita Line, making it super easy and affordable to get anywhere in the city. The sauna was a fantastic feature and very simple to book, adding to the overall relaxation. One of the biggest highlights was having a washing machine/dryer right in the room—it was an absolute lifesaver during our three-week stay! Overall, Section L is a fantastic choice, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Japan.

On top of all this, Mr. Min as the host is very helpful, he helped us a lot to store our luggage while we were traveling in other cities in Tokyo. This 4-star aparthotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a lift. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. It was truly wonderful staying at this location. The room was super clean, and everything provided in the room was new and working well. Needless to say, the location is superb…very friendly and kind staff…minutes walk to shopping street/metro station and tourist sites. There were tons of restaurants, and 24hr stores right near the location. We also get to enjoy the night view of Tokyo Skytree up close. We will come back again for sure.

It's a very cute apartment in a convenient location, and the communication with the host Koharu was amazing, she was so sweet and helpful the entire time, I did not expect that at all, it was such a nice surprise! <33

The air-conditioned accommodation is 1 km from Aizome Museum. The aparthotel has family rooms. Fantastically well organised, and Kazuki-San deserves a 5 ⭐ award for hospitality, helpfulness and friendliness. The neighbourhood is quiet, with great access to anything you can need; restaurants, trains, stores etc.
