Walking distance to the museums, garden, castle. Communication from Centre Point Kanazawa was excellent. Highly recommend for the great price.

We didn’t meet any staff during our stay but they were quick to reply via messaging if we needed anything (mainly recommendations for the area!). We had our luggage shipped to this accommodation from our previous location and arrived all ok.
