His recommendations were spot on, and he went above and beyond to assist with every request. Sham Alweibdeh is a true gem, and I can’t wait to visit again!

The best part of the experience for me was the personnel - very kind, friendly and helpful people, that made me feel quite welcome. Whether we’re talking about reception, breakfast, cleaning or trips to touristic spots, all the people responsible with these have been amazing to me. Every morning at breakfast Sonia would welcome me and be ready to help me with anything I could need. She loves to meet new people and we’ve talked so much that we became good friends. She’s definetly made my stay so much better, a wonderful person in every regard. The guide, Raeed, took me to all the beautiful places in Jordan in an organized manner and was always so friendly and warm to me. A happy man that made every trip enjoyable. Everyone was eager to make my stay the best experience. I do recommend this hotel!
