The front desk staff, especially Gabrielle, are extremely resourceful, knowledgeable, nice and accommodating. They helped me a lot during my stay there. A wonderful place near Acqui terme, very spacious and comfortable. The dinner was great as well as the wine from the winery. We also enjoyed the outdoors hot-tub and sauna. Paolo was an excellent host, super available. We loved our stay and would like to come back during a warmer season.
