Everything about the stay was perfect: a great central location, yet tucked away in a quiet courtyard. The host was extremely friendly and always available to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and came with a balcony. The beds and linens were very comfortable — we slept wonderfully. There was a good air conditioner, and we loved the large rooftop terrace with board games and more. Overall, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back!

It's close to all the major attractions like Rustaveli Avenue, Freedom Square, and the beautiful Old Tbilisi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super easy. What I loved: Location: This apartment is in the perfect spot. Whether you want to visit historic sites, dine in local restaurants, or shop, everything is near to this apartment. Cleanliness: It was spotless and beautifully furnished. It felt fresh, modern, and cozy. The bathroom and bed were particularly well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. Comfort: The building has elevator which I loved. The room was very spacious, with a large and super comfortable bed. I felt like I was at home throughout my stay. The decor was stylish and added to the overall relaxing vibe. Host: Alexander was incredible! He was very responsive and provided all the information I needed before and during my stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations. It was an ideal place to stay during my trip to Tbilisi, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
