Aparthotel La Isleta is located in Las Galeras and offers free WiFi access, complimentary breakfast, a garden and a sun terrace. A little place in a paradise and Dominique and all the staff were very helpful. I think its one if the most beautifull places in the world.

There were comfortable beds, great A/C, great towels and toiletries and everything was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well eqipped. There is a lovely terrace out front with lots of chairs and a coupke of tables. We arrived before the 3pm checkin and had to come back after that, which is fine, but it seemed churlish not to allow us to park in the empty secure parking lot until that time.

Upon booking, both the owner of the Villa and the manager (Gabi) (both of whom are amazing) reached out to make a personal contact and to offer help in anything we might need before we arrived. If you are looking for an all inclusive resort experience with Golfing, breakfast buffets, and a fitness studio, this is not your place. If you are looking for an authentic Dominican vacation away from the throngs of tourists and away from the mayhem of urban centers, but where you also feel you have a secure oasis with access to the true nature and culture of the country, Garden Villa offers the perfect blend. It was our first time visiting the country. My wife and I travelled with our 4-year old daughter, and our experience could not have been better. This was in large part to choosing Las Galeras as our destination, and the Garden Villa as our home base. I was sad to leave, and I know exactly where I will stay when I can return.

It was easy to find and I felt welcome when I arrived. Studios are clean, good size and with a very well equipped kitchenette. Each room is independent, with a little terrace in front. The parking is a nice plus and the location is also good as it is in the village a few minutes walking distance to the beach, close to all facilities.

I recommend the Puerto Plaza hotel which has an incredible concept and is in a great location. There are lots of shops, laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and a disco nearby hotel. Very comfortable rooms, where nothing is missing and there are very clean. I really enjoyed serving breakfast which was fresh and tasty. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Everybody's are ready to help. The receptionist Alex is very polite and can solve any problem in such a way that the stay at the hotel is very pleasant :)
