Very central location in a quiet street close to Mariahilferstrasse and minutes walk to the metro station. The check-in and checkout very smooth. Very clear instructions. Literally all possible facilities a traveller might need and more. Locker facilities for the luggage in the basement of the building. The apartment was immaculate, clean and very cosy. Amazing view of the whole city from the terrace. In short, my best stay in Vienna. Would highly recommend.

Located within 4.7 km of Vienna Central Station, Zoku Vienna is designed for professionals, business travelers and remote workers who are on the lookout for a high-design apartment hotel for 1 day, to 1 month to 1 year. Very smart design and concept, functional but cozy. Way to go, for shorter or, as in my case, longer work-&-leisure trips.

The nearest airport is Vienna International Airport, 20 km from the aparthotel. The room was clean, cozy, spacious and very comfortable. The shower and the shower pressure were amazing. The receptionists were very friendly and spoke good english. The hotel is decorated in an interesting way and it feels very warm. I would recommend this hotel to anybody because of its qualities and because of its close proximity to city center (just one tram ride away from Stephansplatz). Will definitely come back if ever in Vienna again.

You have a supermarket (Billa) right across the corner and many good restaurants located in the market and across from it The property itself is brand new or feels like it and is well maintained and apartments have a modern feel with every possible amenity one might need for a comfortable and even longer stay such as fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and a couple of tvs (one bedroom apartment with balcony) and shower room and separate toilet room. The building has an elevator, so no one has to worry about carrying their luggage up the stairs after a long trip. Downstairs, they also had a luggage storage room to store your belongings after checkout... you need to have a 1 euro coin to activate the storage space. You get a door access pin to be able to return and pick up your stuff later. But really, the crown Jewel of my entire experience was the suburb and exceptional customer service experience provided by the super friendly and professional host (Christian) ... he was truly amazing from the first moment of communicating checkin instructions in a clear and precise way to helping out with a special request like finding a safe place to store my rented ebike or helping me gain access to the luggage storage area .... Christian was prompt, friendly, and super helpful, so kudos to this exceptional level of service 👏 In my entire history of more than ten times visiting Wein and staying in different properties across the city ... this property by far delivered on the whole package in terms of product and service... and because of this exceptional value proposition... I will definitely be calling Mint my home away from home whenever I am in Wein.
