The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. It was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It had fully stocked kitchen utensils and even a separate laundry room, with pool table, games and snacks/ drinks vending machines. The bed was comfortable and the sheets very soft. The Location is incredible, the ferry, supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The terrace on the 7th FL. is excellent with a beautiful view on the East River. The front desk staff were so friendly, especially James who provided exceptional guest services by giving us all the information we needed and making us feel welcome. We had a great conversation and a good laugh and he just made our stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a quiet place and need some time to relax, then this is your perfect place to stay! We love the place. It's a good place to stay in if you're staying long term. Having access to a kitchenette and a big room, plus a laundry room, makes the stay so much better. The place is also really close to metro station, landmarks (9/11 Memorial, Wall St. Charging Bull), next to a DR, and a bunch of good places to eat as well. Everything is easily accessible and a good place to stay. Would definitely recommend for a long term stay.

The hotel is fantastic and at a great location! It's difficult to find a great hotel at an affordable price in midtown. We had a king suite for 4 people (3 adults + children) and it was fantastic! We were able to cook dinner in the apartment one night as well. The staff was very welcoming and always available to help whenever needed. Centrally located in Midtown with subway stops nearby and parking garage down the street with discount for hotel guests.
