Apartment just as advertised, everything provided and regular cleaning and towels etc provided. Good location and taxi and bus outside so easy to get around. Near to beach and swimming pool lovley. Best thing was the staff. On arrival we had problem paying taxi and staff really helped us with currency and supported us with impatient taxi driver., not taxi drivers fault . During the week there was a problem withdrawing money from local bank machine. Staff rang bank for my husband and was so helpful and supportive, think this was the owner. All sorted thanks to him Before we left supported with printing boarding passes for the airport think his name is Janner and so helpful and polite . Brilliant customer service all week and sorry I dont know all the names . Really felt safe and nothing was too much trouble no matter what we asked, Fantastic staff. Did.nt have breakfast but it looked good.

I was upgraded to a two room apartment which was nice. But the main thing that stands out for Ilya is the service. Ozan was very welcoming and helpful! He provided links for where to visit and get necessities if needed. The apartment was nice and clean and the aircon was really cold. You can cook if you want to (but don’t, the city has so much nice food).

It was good, neat and clean and very modern and good value for Money. The location was good. Almost 3 mins away from the main beach/market and right in front of the windmills. You’ll have to take a taxi though if you have children with you to get to the main beach which will charge 150 lira which is the minimum in Bodrum.

Ayaz Suites has been absolutely incredible! The hotel is brand new, with beautiful facilities throughout. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you could need for a long stay, and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are gorgeous, and the gym is much larger than most hotel gyms I’ve used. It’s within easy walking distance of plenty of food options, and there’s a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. The main port is about a 20-minute walk, with a short steep hill along the way. The staff are all so lovely – we honestly couldn’t fault a thing. 10/10 would recommend!

Apartment no. 5 was excellent because it doesn’t get much sun, so if you use the aircon whilst you’re getting ready to go out, the room stays cool for your return. There’s no aircon in the bedroom but you honestly don’t need it because the apartment is small, the cold air gets into the bedroom. There is a wardrobe, shelves, places to put everything despite being a small place, it’s better equipped for this than bigger places we have rented. Plus it has a washing machine and dishwasher, oven & stove, a good size fridge & freezer. The pool area is clean and quiet, no children, very relaxing. Parking is easy & free. The hosts are the best! They helped us with all our luggage (arrival & departure), which we were very grateful for (i was ill & also developed a knee problem). He even offered to come to the hospital to translate for us, what a sweetheart! The Google translate App is amazing by the way. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely pool to relax in after a day out. Breakfast was generous and full of tasty local specialties. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. What really made the difference were the people – incredibly kind and always ready to help with any question or small issue. Truly a place where you feel welcome. They truly make you feel as if you were at a friend’s home, always happy to invite you for a tea or coffee and share a story. A place full of warmth and hospitality!

very comfortable apart hotel.most friendliest staff.good breakfast,very good swimming pools (4 of them).I tried food in they restaurant which is very tasty and not so expensive compare to other restaurants in Bodrum.Special Thank you Kadir,Alican,Ozan ,Samanur,Ms.Burcu,Melis and Busrafrom Adana,Ibrahim for looking after us. and Manager of the Restaurant who is very professional and helpful.I liked that there is cats which is why i like Turkye in general. The apartment hotel has a very good location, and our sea facing unit had indeed a very nice view of the city and water. The staff at the reception are friendly and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to them for allowing us to shorten our stay and refund the amount on short notice. Our unit had 2 bed rooms with enough space for a family of 4 persons.
