Hospitality was fantastic. We have stayed here before in the Villas. Spacious, great pool and also a children's pool. Really nice Turkish breakfast available at extra low cost. Good 20 min walk to the centre of Dalyan but all flat surfaces. Quiet and tranquil. Hussein and family couldn't be more helpful.

We booked this hotel for 2 reasons: because it was so affordable compared to other properties in the area and because of the amazing reviews it had - and thank goodness we did!! Both Hakan and Mine (the housekeeper) are super friendly, hospitable and helpful, and get out of their way to make you feel welcome and that makes all the difference for a wonderful stay for us. The apartments are exactly as pictured in the photos, the pool is kept super clean and if we could have, we most certainly would have stayed longer. Can highly recommend it and hope we'll be back soon. THANK YOU.

We stayed 1 bedroom apartment It was lovely. The plan was to stay one night, but we extended for another 3 nights as we really liked the place. Definitely would stay again

Everything good,you can easily walk to town I have trouble walking so we got taxi's every day very efficient and cheap but normally walking would be fine.The apartment brilliant we upgraded to a two bed which I would recommend as two balconies, but one bed would be fine.food good inbar . will definitely return
