I liked that there was everything for a family, children had their own bedroom. Very kind staff, going above and beyond. Comfortable beds, very tiny balcony. Bathroom was ok but hot water was short lived. If 2 people are about to take a shower one after the other, the second person will finish with cold water. Parking was easy, just on the street in front of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at My City Hotel. The pictures are indeed accurate. The kitchen was well equipped (cutlery and pans included). The staff was ready to help us all day. What's more, they thoroughly cleaned our room every day, so throughout our stay here we could enjoy a tidy room with fresh sets of towels. The shower was spacious, the warmth of the water was a treat in itself. The hotel is in the cultural centre of Rabat. Not to mention all the restaurants offering brunch deals in three minutes of walking distance. In my opinion, My City Hotel is extremely good value for money. I highly reccomend it anyone.

The property is an excellent place with excellent and friendly staff starting with Mr. AlHassan and Mr. Akram the chef and not to forget the cheering gentleman Mr. Hussain and the cleaning lady everyone was trying their best to please me, I wondered, to see one of the guests marked his evaluation very low; it’s unfair and certainly has own purpose, in fact could be a competitor-representative, otherwise has no reason to judge such place with as low as “very-poor”, it is not correct.
