Hello, Our experience at the Smallville Xpress was amazing from checking in to checking out. The staff was really friendly and helpful.The room, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony were really clean and comfortable, There was constant electricity and hot water all the time, Wifi connection was excellent, location was excellent as there was a bakery and a mini market less than a few minutes away, And also a cafe in Sodeco square less than a few minutes away walking. We had a lovely and happy experience, I would highly recommend anyone going to Beirut to stay at this hotel. Thank you Rita, and the entire staff for all your help in making our stay memorable and enjoyable. See you all again soon hopefully. Thanks Again :)

From arriving to leaving, the team was just awesome. I would, however, like to single out Elias on the front desk for upgrading my room to anther one with a balcony facing the Raouche which made my stay even more remarkable. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was amazing and bed was comfortable. Thanks for the wounderful stay. I will use it again upon my return to Lebanon.

I think the place was great for what it offers. I arrived quite late due to my flight delay, but a super friendly receptionist made me feel welcome and helped with the luggage to my room. The room was simple but very clean. I really liked the balcony, very spacious! Stuff is really helpful, whatever information I needed, they always helped.
