United StatesCustomer Service was amazing. We ran into a little bit of a hiccup between the website and the property. Mrs. Vicki was incredible at springing into action to make sure we were well taken care of. The property had an English speaking staff which made it easy to commincate our needs. Within walking distance of the ski resort and the equipment rentals available on property were cheaper then what was available on the slopes. would definitely stay again.
