The Palais Hortenberg exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—10 out of 10. All major attractions are just a short walk away. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival. The facilities were very comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything a traveler might need for a short stay was provided and more. For longer stays, a few extra kitchen items such as plates, knives, forks, and other utensils would make things even more convenient.

Stunning hotel experience. Beautifully designed. So spacious. Premium toiletries (Balmain Paris) and Dyson hairdryer included. Window views from the bedroom and bathroom. Cute balcony with table and chairs. Very cool glass cupboard with a shelf specifically for charging devices. Super friendly and professional staff. Private entrance via a beautiful florist or through the hotel restaurant. Excellent location to all the sights and great restaurants. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bolzano.

Aparthotel My Daum exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t get close to doing it justice. The room was spectacular and the view from the balcony was so lovely we ended up eating in every night. The pool and spa area is perfect for resting post hike and the owners were kind enough to let us use the facilities even after we had checked out on our final day. I would recommend My Daum to anyone looking for a slice of peaceful luxury in the Dolomites.

Very nice hotel, quiet with a beautiful garden. We stayed for 5 days in a studio with kitchen, spacious with stunning view of the Alps. It was very hot and humid, no air conditioning but we got a fan and it was fine. The staff is so friendly and helpful. 15 min walk in a city center, all is so pretty and peaceful that it feels like 5 min. Merano is so beautiful it’s feels like a fairytale.
