Located about 1km from the beach start but a very nice comfortable walk. There is a market nearby (100 meters) that had everything we needed from toiletries to snacks and drinks. Very nice people everywhere. The owner and housekeeper are very nice and attentive. The apartment was very clean.

My wife told me to find some property close to Parga for 3 days stay. Her requirements were to find property just next to the sea front, quiet, with nice sea view and somehow isolated and relaxing. This property was just perfect fit to the our idea for relaxing 3-days stay. Moreover, the property is surrounded by olive trees and flowers. Owners are very nice, polite and hard-working. As bonus, there is good restaurant in the house next to the property. There is slight rural feeling, that I really enjoyed in. We even got some locally produced eggs from the owners. The apartment is studio with basic equipment. Kitchen is equipped good enough if you want to prepare your own food. Finally the property is not 5 stars hotel, but only 5 minutes on the terrace in the early morning are sufficient compensation for better furniture or better toilet. I am sure I will go there again.
