Excellent location and close to theatres, easy walk or tram to shops and very helpful and friendly staff. As I had booked 2 nights separately the staff made every effort to make sure I had the same room for the 2 nights, and even upgraded the room to make this happen.

Everything was fine. We were lucky to have a free upgrade from a one bedroom apartment to two bedrooms apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. It's (very) close to the train station and there are a bunch of restaurants as you exit the hotel. You also have the option of leaving your luggage in a locker at the 5th floor for a very small fee.

I like the spacious apartment with superb team who are well trained in hospitality. They take care me very well in every aspect. Room facility is well set up with thoughtful details.
