This is a fantastic hotel, perhaps the best-equipped hotel we have stayed at. We traveled as a family with three children, and the rooms were simply amazing with a view of the bay with boats. The staff was perfect. The hotel is in the best location you could ask for in Potsdam, within walking distance of all the important centers of the city. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was exceptionally caring and kind. I’ve never experienced such great service and the hotel was clean and more than comfortable. My boyfriend and I arrived very and despite this, we were let in and helped very much with our luggage and room. Elias was amazing and gave the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was so nice and helpful with everything and offered more than I could even ask for. On top of the great service, the room was clean, spacious, and beyond comfortable. Because we had so much luggage, Elias was so kind to upgrade our room to a lower floor and a bigger room. I am so relieved and thankful to have met him and made this reservation.
