We were travelling through Japan for two months, and this was out last accommodation before flying home. We loved the hotel, super clean, comfortable, small room but with a space under the bed for the luggage. Neighborhood was super convenient, only 15min. walk to the heart of Ginza. We will come back for sure! Note that this is a brand new hotel.

I recently stayed at the APA Hotel Asakusa Shin Okachimachi Ekimae and was very impressed with the experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Shin-Okachimachi Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo. Popular attractions like Asakusa and Akihabara are also nearby, which is a bonus for sightseeing. The hotel staff were polite and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was small, which is typical for Tokyo, but well-designed and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the large TV, added to the overall comfort. The hotel also provides vending machines, a microwave, and laundry facilities, which were very convenient. Overall, APA Hotel Asakusa Shin Okachimachi Ekimae offers great value for its location, cleanliness, and amenities. The hotel is accessible with both JR lines and Tokyo Metro Lines. Both stations have an elevator but it's quite far. There are also trains traveling directly to the airport from the station so it's very convenient. There are nearby convenience stores, the hotel room is very spacious and they gave me a room with a very wonderful view of the city. I could see the Tokyo Skytree from my room (my room is on the 13th floor). The staff is great! The hotel is very clean and quiet. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I visit Tokyo. No hassle with the check-in and check-out process. The room is very spacious for a solo traveler by the way, so it's definitely worth your money.

I stayed here for 4 nights. I like that this hotel is exactly how they described it. It is very near Akihabara Station. That is the most attractive point of this property. There is a Halal Indonesian Restaurant nearby. The room is small but it is comfortable. The bathroom and toilet is in the same space but that's alright as there are only 2 of us in the room. The bed is comfortable. Everything is perfect. The cleaning staffs sends us new fresh towels and yukata daily even when we put up that we don't need room cleaning. The staffs are very friendly. I booked 2 rooms and requested for the rooms to be near each other and they provided that. I also asked for the rooms to be at the lowest floor possible and they gave us the rooms at 2nd floor. Perfect! A hotel near train station, a comfortable bed and an excellent customer care service. What more can you ask for? I strongly recommend this hotel for other travelers,

    I loved my stay in this APA hotel. A friend introduced me to this hotel chain I didn't know (as a foreigner), and I was really satisfied. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious for a single guest, lots of appliances and comforts. I would visit other APA joints somewhere, they are really organized and keep the guest informed of all the aspects of the stay with an infotainement system that fits well with my OCD. Best part: staff was super nice, always smiling and helpful.

    I’ve stayed in many APA Hotels in Japan, and this is surely one of the best within the chain. The standard room was complemented by excellent facilities, including a sento and a pool. Its prime location also offers easy access to local attractions and transportation.

    A simply great hotel, like all APA hotels. Very efficient, sophisticated and modern room. Extremely clean. You should request a room on a high floor in advance, there is a fantastic view of Tokyo! Onsen is great and really fun to end up relaxing there after a long day in the city. The breakfast is simply delicious, with great traditional Japanese food. I had a great stay at this hotel!

    Location good, although confusingly there is another APA hotel a few hundred meters away! Almost no English ability among the staff. They try to redirect you to a machine as much as possible, but when arriving after a very long journey, it's nicer to be helped by a human being. For a Japanese business/chain hotel, it was just okay--nothing close to special. Breakfast menu limited and boring.

    It's part of a large chain of Japanese hotels so thought I'd give it a try. It's very well organised and has contactless check in and out but a person always at reception. Super clean and small rooms but well designed. Definitely ok for a couple of nights.

    the hotel was clean, the staffs was very friendly and informatif. i really comfort stay in all of APA hotel chain bcause the service is excellent with the affordable prices. the room fit for 2 big lugagge and i think that's quite enough for max 2 people inside the room. the cleaner was very kind every morning i met to replace the aminities with the new one.
