Stayed for 2-nights with my brother. The hotel was new, we stayed in upper floors with a view (for a small price difference) There was a convenience store inside the building, and TV had netflix, so after a long day it was very nice to have movie nights.

I stay at 4 and 5 star hotels around Europe as well as US the last 28 years and this hotel had by far the best room service. They provided towels every single day in addition to coffee supplies, brushes, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc (even razors). The hotel is just 2 minutes from the metro station therefore you can go everywhere without any issues. Overall, supper clean, quite room, excellent room service and excellent staff!

Good location for those who will travel to and from Shin-Osaka Station - the hotel is an easy 2-minute walk from the East Exit of the station. The room, while small, was comfortable and had all the necessary features - a fridge, potable water tap, and powerful air-conditioning for the warm summer. Great stay, staffs are very friendly and helpful. I had to borrow a travel adaptor and the staff couldn’t really get what I was asking for, and she brought a few adaptors to my door to clarify. Really nice of them!
