The location was amazing. Although the room was a little small there is still enough room for anything. Room had a very good viewpoint. Our room was pretty clean and everyday they hang a pack of towels and some other amenities to the door hangers. They bring new toothbrush. Easy check-in and check out processes. There were a number of hot throuser pressers that you can use free.

I loved this hotel, it was in such a great location! Very close to a train station, and a short ride to any major tourist areas, while being able to stay in a slightly quieter neighborhood, which was nice. The room was very clean. If I was in the area again, I would definitely stay here!

Easy check in/out process. Rooms are quite tight but so is everything else in Japan - they’ve maximized the space usage. Bed was comfortable, bathroom equipped with toothbrush, comb, razors etc. Onsite onsen was great after a long day of walking. Metro station was close, so were the busy vibing streets of Shinjuku. We stayed for 3 nights at first, saw other parts of Japan and then returned there for a final night. Used the luggage shipping service to send to Kyoto - easy and convenient process. Left the luggage at the hotel for free on final day to go sightseeing and pick it up before heading to airport. Overall very nice experience, clean, comfortable and good value for money.

I liked the location it was not as busy but next to the train station so everything was easy to reach. The hotel is nice. I know that people complained that there is only one elevator but I never waited long for it that was completely fine and not a problem at all. I got a room with a view over the city i requested that before. I liked it a lot that you get an amenity pack everyday. Also the bed was comfortable for me. I don’t have anything to complain it was a cheap stay and you got a good service. I would definitely come back again.
