Recommend as a place to stay for those who want some seclusion, but to still be close (15 min drive) of Oberstdorf and ski lifts such as Fellhorn in the winter.

Both were great but the family room was wonderful! We enjoyed the breakfast. We booked the hotel on our way to Czech.

Cafe Maria - Pension - B&B is set in Rieden am Forggensee, 31 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and 40 km from Oberstdorf. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. We loved the location, reached by bikes from Füssen. Our room was looking over to the lake and Neuschwanstein Castle, it was amazing! Staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was very fulfilling for us. I can surely recommend Cafe Maria to anyone.
