Our room on one of the lower floors was spacious and clean with a gorgoeus view of the pool. The amenities are top-notch and the food was excellent during our stay. The entertainment team deserve a special mention for doing a great job keeping everyone in good spirits during the day. We didn't use the shuttle to the beach or the water park because there was more than enough to keep us entertained at the resort. Great value for money.

Serkan bey , the owner of the hotel, is an incredibly thoughtful and generous person! After checking out, I was actually looking for another hotel to extend my stay by just one more day. Due to Kurban Bayram, all hotels were charging very high prices — especially for last-minute bookings. But Mr. Serkan kindly offered me a special rate that I simply couldn’t refuse :) The room I received was absolutely dreamy — with a stunning view of Ölüdeniz! Yes, some parts of the hotel could use a bit of renovation — and the hotel is aware of that. But the way they treat their guests more than makes up for it. The warmth, care, and personal attention truly stood out. Serkan Bey really knows how to make his guests feel appreciated. With this kind of hospitality, I was more than happy to return — even if just for a short stay! To Add: The housekeeping staff for both of my rooms were extremely kind and genuinely committed to making everything perfect for the guests. Even small details were taken care of — like removing the runners for cleaning. It’s those little touches that really make a difference! Thanks Garcia!

We just spend two days at the KiDRAK OTEL. We really love our stop here. You are warmly welcome and the Family is always here if you need anything! The location is perfect and quiet. Really close to the Kidrak beach (2 minutes by car or 20 minutes if you want to walk!). Incredible view on the beach. Special mention to the diner. It was really tasteful, generous and delicious! Fresh fish and köfte for diner… many thanks again!

One of the best all-inclusive hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The food is varied and absolutely delicious, and the reception staff were extremely helpful. We absolutely loved this place. So many guests are visiting the hotel every year while there are hundreds of other options nearby - it speaks for itself. I will not talk about the comfort, views, food and drinks, because this was already mentioned enough. What I want to highlight is how the service is amazing. I appreciate how chill vibe they create at the same time being so professional. You can talk to anybody and they are friendly, relaxed, not exhausted of their work as in many other hotels. Obviously you can see it if you focus on details. Animators don’t just rush from one place to another, they can sit, talk (and how good English they speak!), watch a football game with your husband (cheers to Eren if you’re reading it :), we can hang out everyday and feel at home - i really appreciate it… Congratulations to the hotel management, you don’t hesitate to hire enough professionals so they have energy and competencies to keep this place so positive!
