Excellent location directly on the beach. Pleasant staff. Good food. Beach area was lovely, with natural shade from palm trees. Housekeeping was fine. Lovely room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel is well named as an ‘Inn’ as it has that relaxed informal atmosphere. I appreciated that we were given a quiet room as requested, upgrading the room so that they could fulfil the request. It’s not too influenced by American culture as a few of the other Negril hotels are, so tipping was discrete and there were no pointless TV screens in the restaurant, which pleased us.

I absolutely loved the scenery the place was spotless! The staff was really friendly and helpful, the entertainment was on point. I love the fact that they have so much bars and pools, the food was really good. And they have freshly made jerk chicken you dont see that at most resorts..we took a boat ride across to an island. Where we got to choose our lobster n they had it done for us on spot.that too was amazing. value for your money. Definitely coming back!!!!

The hotel is right on the beach and you can stroll in the sand for hours, There are restaurants all over. Accross the street on the other side there is a department store, The owner of the Hotel is Dominique, Canadian and very helpful though we know all good restaurants in the area. The location and design are stunning! This is the hotel for those whose tastes run to traditional, organic, natural and homespun. Nothing corporate or soulless here! A place out of time with a real old-fashioned Jamaican vibe, and sustainability- and conservation-conscious. So many lovely little touches. The rum taster session in the underground cave was especially cool! The band who played us Bob Marley songs under the stars.... The staff were all, without exception, super friendly and helpful. New friends were made! The place feels like a family, complete with lovely family of tiny cats ❤️

The hotel offers everything you need, with some extra water activities (some of them included). Food and drinks are quite good. The rooms are large and comfortable, even the junior suite. There are lots of options of drinks in the bars and the main restaurant also offers a great variety of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn't use the pools, but there three options, being one of them a bar pool. An agenda with daily activities is available and you can easily access the schedule through the RIU App, which is quite practical.

All inclusive, so the room service was good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of good local and theme selections. Scenery was beautiful and we got lucky with excellent weather. Our end of the resort was au natural, and was very comfortable throughout our stay.

Couples Negril is located on the beachfront just outside Negril, on the western tip of Jamaica. It offers 2 outdoor pools, a spa and air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony.

This hotel is amazing! The grounds are beautiful. The beach is perfect. It gets a lovely sunset. The free activities are fun. Book into the fancy restaurant for dinner - its really good. There is a little red flag you get at the pool/beach and when you put it up the waiter comes to take your order. The room fridge is restocked daily. There is ice and water availalbe in each room block to fill up waterbottles. There are 3 hot tubs - find the hidden one behind the diving pool - its beautiful. Food is great. Everyone bring big 'stanly cups' and the bar will fill it up with your chosen drink
