The hotel, the location everything was perfect. The staff was pleasant and helpful, wonderful people. The pool bar and the rooftop pool are amazing. The food and the restaurant are wonderful and have very good service. Everything was clean during the entire stay.

Location was perfect - 10 min drive away from Palma city centre but so many bars and restaurants on the door step. Staff were all great & the rooftop bar was amazing

Great value for money, youthful, modern and clean hotel, 1-5 min walks from everything: from the bus, grocery, stunning beach and the best local restaurants. Large scale breakast/brunch until 13:30 (!). Perfect for an outseason holiday but El Arenal probably not the most peaceful area during summer or for families.

Occidental Playa de Palma (formerly Barceló Pueblo Park) offers a fully equipped cycling centre, an outdoor pool and a wellness/fitness centre.

Never happened to me before to be selected as the guest of the day- thank you very much! such a kind surprise at the midnight check-in! very kind staff, beautiful location, close to the beach, Palma and the Airport less than 30min by bus. Elaborate breakfast. Highly recommended

Excellent location on the first line. Sandy beach. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. On the day of departure it is fashionable to have breakfast at 3 o'clock in the morning (I have such service for the first time). Very friendly reception staff. The room was cleaned perfectly. Many rooms with a sea view. I have a wonderful impression of the holiday thanks to you.
