All-Inclusive Stays in Al Ain

The colleagues there are really helpful. We got stuck in the sand of an unofficial road 20 minutes away from hotel (thanks to my navigation system), I called hotel, they immediately sent people help us get our car out of sand. I really appreciate that. During our stay, colleagues are always smile, really helpful and always respond my request promptly. The breakfast is awesome. We also had dinner in the resort, it was also good. The villa is well designed and equipped, the view is spectacular. The pool is so unique, we enjoyed a lot. Thanks a lot for the excellent experience!

Very good hotel, despite being old, however, my entire stay was wonderful, and cleanliness excellent. There was an employee who gave me excellent service at dinner, I can't remember her name for sure, But it was something like "Kai", a short woman who was very helpful about everything.
