One of the best houses we have ever stayed at! Very recommended! Best was just relaxing by the pool and watching the animals pop bye. The Reserve is very safe and walking around the game park is amazing. The little shops and rge restaurant Delissh is a nice walk for lunch and a massage.

Terletak 26km dari Makasa Nature Reserve, Tchagra House terletak di Hluhluwe dan mempunyai kolam renang luaran dan teres. We arrived back one night in the dark to find a towering giraffe blocking the driveway! Kuleni Park is a magical place filled with zebra and all sorts of antelope and duiker. No monkeys unfortunately. Tchagra house is expansive and comfortable with high ceilings and a long, spacious terrace. Both large bedrooms have equally roomy ensuites. A guest toilet is also available. Kuleni is a quick 15 or 20 minutes from the Big 5 within Hluhluwe's gates. No need to self cater either as a great local restaurant, Delissh, is open from morning to early evening just outside Kuleni Park's gates. We didn't use the pool but it's positioned maybe 25 metres away in front of a small chalet that is tucked away to the left of the main house and also available from the owners as a third bedroom. Security on the gate are very pleasant and Nancy the housekeeper was lovely. A perfect getaway!

The units are extremely private and surrounded by nature, animals roaming around and plenty of birds. We really enjoyed the walking trails (all well marked), easy walking with various animals around. The reserve had a back up generator and great wifi (not that you want it) The unit was well equipped with stylish and practical finishing. We really enjoyed the loungers next to the pool, afternoon shade helped. We found the perfect weekend getaway from Durban, about 3 hours drive.

Beds are super comfy and huge. The entertainment place is the best part that's where we spent most of our time. The outside showers were such an amazing experience. Gugu is the most nicest and helpful person. She keeps everything so clean and perfect. She services the house daily. We really enjoyed our stay at Nguni lodge. Location was perfect and there was plenty of peace and tranquility. If you love animals and nature this place is perfect. We can't wait to back 😊

Situated on a private game park, Thornwood is surrounded by African bush and forest. This secluded lodge-style villa features three bedrooms and offers its guests absolute privacy. Lovely property right in the Kuleni Reserve. Nadia was a perfect host, always attentive and willing to help. The layout is partly open and so brought the outdoors in. The bedrooms were all spacious and the whole place was beautifully appointed. Oh, and the Nyala and Duikers came right up onto the watering hole for a drink...and then there was the giraffe on the road right outside the property...
