Southern Sun offers luxury rooms with a contemporary design. It features an outdoor pool, bar area and a buffet restaurant called Bernoulli’s. Didn’t know what to expect. For an airport hotel we were pleasantly surprised. Everything worked great, food was good (big portions!) and room was good as well.

Protea Hotel by Marriott O R Tambo Airport is situated in Kempton Park, 3.5 km from the O.R Tambo International Airport and and 1 km from the Rhodesfield Gautrain Station. The free shuttle to the Airport was very perfect for us because we had no Rand for Uber😃. Clean room and very welcome service. Thank you for hosting us.

Emerald Guesthouse is located in Kempton Park, just 3 kilometres from the O.R. Tambo International Airport. The property offers a complimentary airport shuttle and free WiFi in public areas. This is the third time I’ve stayed at Emerald Guest House! The staff are fantastic,the rooms cozy and comfortable, it feels very safe and the food is yummy! Plus you can’t beat the price, free shuttle and free breakfast :)

This hotel offers modern rooms with flat-screen TV and an outdoor pool in a cosy courtyard. My room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was scrumptious and I also liked the Pub and Grill. Staff were amazingly courteous from the shuttle driver, reception, bar and restaurant. I had a very good stay albeit a short one. Hope to return soon.

Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo offers rooms with a satellite TV and free WiFi. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle to O.R. Tambo Airport and Rhodesfield Gauteng Station. I was told I paid R3000 for a night and breakfast was not included So I was a little disappointed
