I loved the breakfast because the variety was great and it was very good, the start time at 5 am is great for early check-out travelers. The room was so clean and very comfortable. and the shuttle was on time, and it was very close to the airport.

The service was excellent. A special shout out to Charmina. Quick & easy transfer to/from airport. It's also easy enough to catch the bus & then E train into Times Square to check out some of the city. I'd get an Uber/taxi back though, especially after sunset. Great location.

Although we were with a car, there is a frequent shuttle service from the hotel to JFK and from there to the hotel. The staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful, I would like to specially mention Lisa, the reception worker, who gave us and other customers the feeling of supremely personal treatment. The room was well organized and clean. More than recommended!

We needed a cheap hotel close to JFK and this was perfect. The room was clean and had all we required. Staff helpful and shuttle service was very useful.
