My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to Cappadocia. We needed somewhere reasonably priced to stay as we had a late landing flight into the Kayseri airport. It's about a 12min drive from the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and varied.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. I stayed here just because it's close to the airport, and I had a very early flight, but there are so many reasons this hotel is fantastic. Room is quiet, beds are comfortable, facilities are clean, staff is friendly, wifi is strong. You park in their designated parking lot behind the hotel that is secure with plenty of spots. Not only is Ibis close to the airport, there's a gas station right next to it. And Ibis has their restaurant inside, which is open until 2300 with a large food option that's pretty good and affordable. I really loved staying here!

The front desk worker was extremely kind, checked us in quickly and even upgraded our room to a suit so the kids got their own beds. Great room with an awesome view of the town and mountains! Breakfast had a large selection and was very good. We almost left without one of our bags but a staff member caught us as we were about to leave in a taxi. Excellent hotel and workers!

(actually stayed here November 2023) We were getting the dogu express which leaves Kayseri at 1am so we booked somewhere to rest so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Hotel is a very short 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. When we explained we were leaving very early and wouldn't be there for breakfast they offered to make us a sandwich and this was ready for us as we left! Really kind of them and really great service. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean if a little tired but it was perfect for what we needed.
