Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the calm and unhurried ambiance of the hotel. Unlike some other places that can be overcrowded and noisy, this hotel felt like a peaceful oasis. Our family room exceeded our expectations – not only was it spacious and well-appointed, but it was also immaculately clean and free from any unpleasant odors. The hotel's attention to cleanliness extended throughout the property, from the rooms to the hallways, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment. The tranquility of our room was something we truly appreciated; it was the ideal place to unwind and get a good night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The spread was not only varied and tempting but also showcased the finest and freshest ingredients. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in offering a high-quality dining experience, and every bite felt like a treat for our taste buds. The emphasis on fresh and natural ingredients was evident in every dish. The hotel's facilities, including the beach and pool area, were simply fantastic. The cleanliness and upkeep of these amenities were remarkable – it was clear that the staff put in the effort to maintain a pristine environment for guests to enjoy. The beach offered a serene escape, while the pool was a refreshing spot to cool off and relax.

The staff were proactively accommodating - giving us adjoining rooms (with 3 kids, that was a bonus), late check-out without a charge. Facilities were great, breakfast, swimming pool, gym. Airport shuttle worked well (it leaves on the hour from the airport and half past the hour from the hotel). All-in-all, exceeded our expectations!
