The property was lovely (located a short walk away from the airport), and the apartment itself was very nice + had everything you could need! It was very clean, and the welcome treats were such a lovely touch. The owners/hosts were super friendly + helpful in whatever one could need ~ would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was just exceptional. The place is exactly as in the pictures, quiet, tidy, clean, and fully equipped. Beds were already made and we even had a welcome breakfast with muffins and homemade jam. The hosts were extremely kind and treated us with care, answering immediately to our messages and helping us with any concern we had.

You can watch take off and landing in your place:) It is good location close to airport (5-7 minutes by foot) like you are exactly inside. There is no noisy in spite of this because there are about 3-5 flights a day. It is clean inside and outside, there is beautiful garden. Good place to have some glass of wine and think about your next trip. When I come back to Faial Island I would like to stay here again,sure:) I would like to say thanks to Ana and Kyle:)

The cosy Quinta da Maria has a great location, wonderful garden and the most hospitable and kind owner, who is btw an experienced tour guide so you can have guided tours right from your home 😊

It is close to the airpot, about 15’ by uber to the center. Cozy rooms, beautifully maintained garden and we love the pool. There are many corners you can sit down and relax. The breakfast was also good with fresh fruits from its garden. Special thanks to Francisco who was very communicative and immediate came to pick us up at the airport when we sent him the text that we could not find any taxi. We planned to rent a car at the airport but no one available so we asked and Francisco agreed to take us around. The cost was reasonable, the trip was enjoyable and Francisco’s stories were very interesting.
