We enjoyed some kind of VIP treatment by Ravi and his team. This was awesome and helped a lot. Furthermore the location close to the sea was great. The view from the hill over the sea was incredible. The breakfast was always the perfect start in the day.

Very friendly and helpful people running the place. Our Bungalow was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. We enjoyed our time including the daily exercises climbing up the hill ;)

Alia and Anouar were exceptional hosts, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. They were consistently available to assist with anything we needed, and their kindness made us feel right at home. One example of their thoughtfulness: we had a taxi planned for 6am, and at that time, Anouar was already waiting in front of the gate to ensure everything went smoothly - This is just one of many examples that showcased their dedication. We really enjoyed our time with this wonderful family, and their warmth and hospitality made our experience on the island unforgettable. Thanks to them, we fell in love with Pangkor, and we would absolutely return just to stay here again. We highly recommend this place!

This was by far the best room we have stayed in so far in Malaysia, the chalet number 17 was amazing, mini fridge, kettle large comfy bed. Nice tiled floor was immaculate. Drying rack, & comfy outside chairs. The staff were polite and engaging, gave some good information about the area. Great stay thank you. This was the first of many places we have stayed that actually gave you what you had booked & more.

I spend one night in this resort. Th hotel is little bit far from the ferry terminal even though the location is prime, just 100 meter from the beach. It's near to the famous hornbill bird park. The staff is really helpful. They are active 24 hours to support us.
