This was my second time staying here. It's a little safe haven inside the lovely but oh so busy airport. They also offer buffet food at a very reasonable price. Room was quiet and clean. Will stay again.

I accidentally booked the wrong one in different terminal so I asked the staff there if she can swap the booking for me but she said she can’t. (There were plenty rooms that time. I try to ring the property or message and none of them go through. I decided purchase for the right one and try to cancel the wrong one but I wasn’t sure if the hotel will allow it. Surprisingly they agree it and I appreciate that. Maybe they see my details pop up on another branch. Anyway, thank you so much Capsule lounge.

Aerotel Kuala Lumpur (Airport Hotel) - Gateway@klia2 offers accommodations located within gateway@klia2. Guests can enjoy drinks at the in-house bar. Really good location for an overnight stay if you need an early flight or even arriving late. The staff at check in were very polite and gave us all the information we needed. It’s literally inside the arrival area terminal two and if you need to get to terminal one a shuttle bus is just outside the entrance. Rooms were clean comfy bed and good shower towels prove fed and tea and coffee in the room. No windows but to be honest it’s somewhere to sleep and shower. Tv had plenty English channels. Lots eateries literally just outside the hotel. Definately stay again when needing to be at the airport early.
