This is my seventh visit to Kempinski Beirut, by far the best hotel in Lebanon, going back again this month. everything is great but what made my experience standout comparing to previous trips is the check in process, we usually arrive at 1 PM and the receptionist asked us politely to wait until 3 for check in, but this time the front end manager Walid speed up the process , not only that he upgraded our room that's why I am visiting again in couple of weeks.

The location of the hotel is distinguished due to its proximity to the distinctive places in Beirut. The hotel staff is very professional, especially the receptionist Nourhane. The hotel room is spacious and clean and has all the necessary needs. Delivery drivers from and to the airport are very professional and polite.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut. I will certainly be staying here again on my next trip!
