There is miscommunication in my booking and the lady at the check in counter is very nice and helpful. She solve my problem within 5 minutes. She's very fluent in English so I feel like no problem at all when checked in.. the room is very big and beaitiful and clean.. the bathroom also spacious.. very comfortable.. the breakfast is very delicious and there is a free shuttle van to send you to airport if your have a very early morning flight.. I really recommended this hotel.

We left before breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Staff was courteous and professional.
