I loved the staff, they were super helpful to me after a flight delay caused me to arrive after midnight and I could see they all had a great sense of hospitality. Also, the breakfast offered was an excellent value for the amount paid. The location is awesome, too, just minutes away from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and also not too far from the airport's Terminal 2.

Hotel is very convenient and located very near to the airport terminal 1. My mum doesn’t speak English and hotel staff helped her to setup wifi, check in and call a cab! Appreciate that a lot.

Very beautiful stay. the staff is incredibly nice, they helped to prepare a surprise letter for my partner since it was a surprise trip. There are a lot of fun activities you can enjoy, so it’s better to stay for two full days at least. The food is really, really delicious.

The room was so much bigger than we expected! It had everything we needed and more. The view was amazing too, we were on the 10th floor and there was a big window. The location was perfect for an early morning flight the next day, I assume most people will be booking this location for that purpose. There is a free shuttle bus that goes to the airport from early in the morning, and the timetable is on the door of the room. Instructions of how to get to the apartment and back to the airport were very clear.
