Narita Tobu Hotel Airport is 10 minutes from Narita Airport via the hotel’s free shuttle. It features a fitness centre with a swimming pool, and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. We only stayed the one night in between arriving and catching the snow shuttle the next morning. The check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, plus quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The shuttle to and from the hotel is excellent and was a huge factor in me choosing this hotel.

A special shout out to the beautiful young lady who helped us with our luggage when we arrived AND the gentleman who was running the small coffee / snack area. Both exceeded expectations multifold!

The lady at the front desk even drew me a map, so i could find my way back to the airport. Seriously, very helpful personnel.
