We loved this beautifully spacious, well maintained cottage. The kitchen was great. The hot tub was lovey to relax in on our arrival. The owners had it full for us. We would have loved to stay longer.

Hvammur 6 with private hot tub is situated in Hafnarhólmur and offers a terrace. This lodge has a garden and free private parking. At the lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Loved this place, yes the cabin is very small so we left our suitcases in the car but for the price and location it was one of our best stays on our 16 day ring road trip People mention problems with the hot tub but when we stayed the owner met us and explained how it worked and it was really great. Make sure you visit the turf houses nearby - next to the hotel with a pool in the distance.

Set in Drangsnes in the West Iceland region, Hvammur 4 with private hot tub (Fagurgali) features a balcony and garden views. This was one of the most beautiful stays while travelling Iceland. It is set pretty much in the middle of nature and the house was quite big for two people and nicely furnished. The hot tub with naturally hot water was also just an incredible add-on. Would absolutely go there again and also for longer.

Every detail is thought through for guests’ comfort — from a remote thermometer showing the jacuzzi temperature to laundry detergent provided. The house feels brand new with high-quality appliances, and the location offers an amazing view. For this price, it’s simply the best option in the Westfjords!
