The stuff if super friendly and helpful. The room is great, make sure you bring the power adapter. However, one can be bought at the vending machine right next to the reception. There is a luggage spot where you can leave a luggage while travelling around the city.

The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... The breakfast is excellent. We also liked the gym and overall design of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is conveniently located inside a mall and we found delicious food and nice shops there. Greatly recommended if you want to use the cable cars and visit the big Buddha since the station is just next to the mall. We loved staying in this hotel (best hotel by far we stayed in and we moved all through Hong Kong and macau and stayed in 6 different hotels)
