The room was so so clean. I felt really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessities. The reception was nice.

It's literally next to the security check, you can't get closer to the airport than that. It had a very modern, yet functional vibe that reminded me a lot of Japan. Room wasn't big but had everything you need. Automated check in with mobile phone.

We were involuntarily stranded in Gatwick during transit and needed a place to stay late at night with 2 children, close (actually walking distance!) to the airport; self check-in works perfectly. Cristina offers 2 lovely appartments providing everything you need (including a nice coffee/tea- and breakfast-setup! it's tastefully and thoughtfully furnished - there are even USB sockets (something we were in desperate need of as for our “short” transit we didn’t bring any UK-plugs) and Netflix provided. Communication with Cristina was so kind and accommodating and despite the stress we really got to calm down there. Thank you so much - 10/10
