Comfortable and clean Well equipped except for no kettle Interesting shower door design, which didn't contain water

Situated a short drive from central Vitoria, this complex is well located for the road to Bilbao and the airport. It has free Wi-Fi and a pillow menu in all rooms. Location is great with good access to Vitoria city centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful definitely will back once again in future. Specially big thank you for barman Victor and his team surprised us with amazing local drinks.

Located in the residential neighborhood of Lakua and with easy access to the city center, since the tram stop is in front of the hotel and at the exit of the city due to its proximity to the highway. The staff was so nice and helpful! We came with 2 dogs and a cat. We arrived late and needed a parking space to not have to unload the whole car. Even though we arrived late after the reception was closed the staff arranged for us so we could get access and use the garage parking of the hotel! I can really recommend this hotel!

This comfortable, small hotel is located 20 minutes’ walk from the historic centre. It offers a pretty garden, a restaurant with a covered outdoor terrace and free Wi-Fi. Quiet and modern hotel run by friendly people. They kindly forwarded some things that I had left for us to collect at another hotel and stored our bicycles safely during our stay. The bus into the lively city center and the great tour of Santa Maria Cathedral was pretty reliable and only 10 minutes, but we had a few frustrations returning possibly related to Easter Celebrations.
