Terletak di Tortuguero, kawasan Limón, Hotel Serendipity terletak 0-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Tortuguero. Best hotel in Costa Rica so far. My girlfriend and I had a great time there. It is a very small hotel with i think 6 rooms. The whole staff is so friendly. Cooper is great, it was very important to him, how we were feeling about everything, how the food was, the rooms and so on. You can book tours there and i would recomend it. Maybe they are a little more expensive then from other organisations. But you will have your private tour with Johnny, who is a great guy. For example for the night tour it was only the two of us with Jonny. And the boattour we had with another couple from the hotel. And the boats of other companys were full with like 15 people. Johnny knows a lot and answers all yout questions The food and the girls cooking and serving it were great as well! They even washed and dryed our clothes. I can recomend it to everybody who is coming to tortugueru!!

The hostess Anna Rita was very helpful and went above and beyond in assisting us when a family member got sick. She took exceptional care of all of us ? assisting us with everything we needed. Their guide Owen was very helpful too, assisting us with our medical needs and taking care of us by talking to the doctor and even bringing us medication. He was very knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job showing us the local wildlife during our tour. Ana Rita and Owen were truly amazing and we appreciate all they did to make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.
